A Condominium Inspection or Condo Inspection receives the same level of attention and detailed investigation as a Residential Home Inspection. Although, the inspections are similar, the condominium inspection does not include common areas or items maintained by the condominium association. Common areas of the condo building that are not inspected include the roof, exterior components, stairwells, hallways, lobby, amenities such as pools, spas and other areas maintained by the condo association.
