When you first call First Choice you will be greeted by Diane, Frank's wife, she will greet you happily and work with accommodating your schedule. I always say first impressions matter!! Had Frank do two inspections for us and he was very thorough and explained everything to us in way we understood. Took time out to check everything in detail, even things you would never think to check. He provided the reports to us in a timely manner & their prices are pretty reasonable too!! Well worth the expense before purchasing any home.

Frank and Diana have been amazing. They should have way more reviews. Diana was extremely polite and professional when I first called to schedule (she answered phone on first ring both times I had to call). Frank showed up on time and made the inspection process go smooth. He is very detail oriented and was willing to explain/answer any questions I had. I don't typically do reviews on people, however moving from New York to buy in Florida was very scary for us so after reading all the reviews we decided to go with Frank. And let me just say we had him do 3 home inspections and was truly satisfy with his work and how humble and great of a person he was. so if you're looking for a home inspector Frank is the way to go for sure.Also thanks to his wife who always picked up to answer any questions we might have had and remind us a day before. I HIGHLY recommend them for any inspection they perform. Frank has now done two inspections for me (saved me from purchasing a home I thought was fine). You will first speak with Diana who is amazing. Any initial questions you have will be answered and I had no problems with scheduling. Frank was early for both inspections. He is extremely thorough and is willing to answer any question you have. At no point will you feel that you are asking too many questions. Frank and Diana have made our home buying experience feel a whole lot smoother and we cannot thank them enough. The report you will be provided will include an EXTREMELY detailed outline of everything Frank found (including photos!). I would definitely recommend First Choice Home Inspections to anyone who needs inspection work performed.

Other home inspectors get it done way to quick and miss small problems, but frank takes his time for every customer, ensuring that you will find any problem, no matter how small. I just bought my first used mobile home. I trusted my seller wholely. It took me only a few days to get a feeling I had made a huge mistake. Not knowing who to trust, I contacted First Choice Home Inspection. I thought a qualified inspector would take a brief look and hand me a list. I was immediately impressed with the inspector. He thouroughly looked at every detail. Almost 4 hours later, he had a list. I hadn't purchased the catastrophe I feared I had. I do have some major issues (most older homes do) and a bunch of minor stuff. But he put my mind and heart at ease. Frank is an incredible inspector he is very thorough about his inspections, he goes through every aspect of the house inside and out. I was so comfortable leaving the property knowing he did everything possible. His prices are VERY reasonable especially for the quality job he does. He goes over everything in person with you before he does the report to make sure you understand everything wrong or that could potentially go wrong as well as gives you the chance to ask any questions or concerns you might have. Frank Carr, of First Choice Home Inspection, saved me from making a huge mistake in buying a house that was not only a safety hazard but would have cost me $35,000 in repairs. He was so thorough and was all over every single inch of that home. I find his reports easy to read. Frank Carr came out and did an inspection for me on a mobile home, and I could not be more grateful for how thorough his inspection was. He found things I wouldn't have even thought to look for. He checked every outlet in each of the rooms instead of just testing one, he went into the crawl space and found more problems. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the contract on the house, but I am beyond grateful that Frank Carr and First Choice Home Inspections saved me from getting involved with such a wreck of a house. My daughter purchased a home and had a home inspection by First Choice Home Inspections. They were very thorough and professional and found the home had Federal Pacific breaker box and aluminum wiring. The owner agreed to replace the items before closing. My daughter had Frank do the 4 point insurance inspection and he found they had not replace the wiring only the breaker box. I would not have known what to look for but Frank found the wiring and the owner had to replace it.
