Volusia County Home Inspection 

A Volusa County Home Inspection is often required when purchasing a home or when your new home’s builders warranty is about to expire.   Most new home’s builders warranty are valid for only 1 year.  

The home maintenance package is a five year maintenance plan that includes an initial residential Home Inspection, Vacation Home Inspection or Villa Inspection, and four annual Home Check-Up or Villa Check-Up Inspections for an ongoing plan for maintaining the home and prioritizing repairs.

Insurance Inspections

A Volusia County 4 Pt Insurance Inspection is often required when obtaining a new homeowners insurance policy or renewing an existing policy on homes that are 30 years or older.  Some carriers require new policies as early as 10 years old.

A Wind Mitigation Inspection is an inspection of the home, covering areas of the structure that help protect it from strong hurricane force winds.  If a home has these protective features in place, correctly, it can qualify for wind credits with any insurance company in Florida.

A Florida Roof Certification Inspection is often required by insurance companies or by a home buyer when purchasing a new home.  

Volusia County Wind Mitigation Inspection, Roof Condition Certification Inspection and 4Pt Insurance Inspections are only $150.00. (Citizens 4 Pt $225.00)  Insurance inspection outside this service area are only available when scheduled with a home inspection in our service area.
