Condo Inspection in Orange County

Florida has the nations highest number of condos with over 1 million units.  Florida ranks #1 for total condos in the United States.  15.5% of all housing units in Florida are condominiums, according to the Bureau of the Census.

An Orange County condominium inspection is a detailed and thorough inspection of the unit and it's interior features.  The inspection is a non-invasive, visual evaluation of the property's interior, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems. The purpose of an inspection is to detect major visible problems or defects and unsafe conditions.   The inspector  does not inspect common areas or items maintained by the condominium association.
